This device is all in one, being a Zigbee hub, a Matter hub but also a touchscreen so you can control all your devices easily.

Design

The NS Panel Pro features a modern, minimalist design with a 3.95-inch display and matte black or white finish. Its touch-sensitive panel is responsive and easy to use, providing a clear visual experience for navigation and device control. The product is ideal for wall mounting, replacing traditional switches with a touch of technology.



Main Features


  • Smart Home Automation Hub: NS Panel Pro allows you to centrally control a variety of smart devices that are compatible with Sonoff’s eWeLink ecosystem. These include lights, curtains, thermostats, and sensors, making home automation simple and accessible.

  • Voice and App Control: The panel is compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa , which means you can control your devices through voice commands. Additionally, integration with the eWeLink app offers full remote control via smartphone, allowing you to adjust lights or other devices from anywhere.

  • Smart Thermostat: One of the most interesting features of the NS Panel Pro is the thermostat control. It allows you to adjust the temperature of rooms in a personalized way, with support for creating automatic heating or cooling routines.

  • Zigbee 3.0 and Compatible Protocols: In addition to Sonoff devices, the panel also supports the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, expanding compatibility to a wide range of devices from other manufacturers that use the same standard. This makes it easy to integrate with sensors, switches, and other smart devices that use Zigbee.

    At this point, it was possible to add some Tuya Zigbee 3.0 devices, controlling them correctly via the app, screen and in routines. This is a point that I highlight in this Zigbee hub.

  • Matter Protocol Integration NS Panel Pro is compatible with Matter , the new home automation standard that promises to unify devices from different brands and manufacturers into a single ecosystem. This makes it a versatile and future-proof choice for home automation.

    This compatibility with Matter makes this device very complete, in addition to Zigbee, it allows us to add devices from other brands, such as Eve, Meross and thus take advantage of the standardization that this control has brought to smart homes.

  • Intercom: This device also works as an intercom. You can make voice calls via the eWelink app to the NS Panel Pro or even between two NS Panel Pro devices. This is very useful for communicating with someone who is in another room in the house.

  • View live camera feeds: It is also possible to view camera feeds directly from the NS Panel Pro screen. This is ideal for keeping an eye on your home and keeping it safe.



  • Themes: In NS Panel Pro you can also define the theme, such as wallpaper and layout, and which devices appear on the screen. Below you can see the themes menu and how you can choose the position of the devices.




Performance


The NS Panel Pro is very fluid and reliable in everyday use. The touch screen response is fast, and integrations with other devices work without noticeable latency. Support for different protocols and the ability to control multiple types of devices from a single panel make this product ideal for homes looking to increase efficiency and convenience.




Installation


Installation of the NS Panel Pro is relatively straightforward, especially for those already familiar with replacing wall switches. It requires direct power (AC 100-240V) and works with standard wall boxes.

It is only powered by Phase and Neutral which makes installation very easy. Unfortunately this device does not have any relay to turn lights on/off directly.


Positive Points:

  • Integration with Sonoff and Zigbee 3.0 devices

  • Compatibility with Google Assistant, Alexa and Matter protocol

  • Centralized control of multiple smart devices

  • Modern design and responsive touchscreen


Negative Points:

  • It does not have relays/switches, so it is not possible to control a light directly with buttons, as in the NS Panel version.
